The Flutingales duet met in 2015 when they teamed up to explore chamber music composed or arranged for two flutes, and will perform their first mini-series of concerts in the capital and Limassol.
The programme includes the Sonata for Two Flutes by J S Schultze, Deux Papillons by E Kronke, the Flower Duet by L Delibes, Doppler's Andante and Rondo and selected tunes from the classical Ottoman tradition.
Flutingales debut at 8pm concerts on Saturday, March 3 at South Nicosia's Arte Music Academy and at the Naci Talat Foundation House of Peace and Friendship, at No 7, İdadi Sokak, in Lefkoşa's walled city, on Friday, March 9.
A third performance will take place on Saturday, March 10 at the Hoani Cultural Space in Limassol.
Concert tickets are priced at 10 euros and will be sold on the door, with free entrance for children under the age of 10, but reservations are advised by text or phone to 0533 866 7713.
