This is the orchestra's second 80's concert, so taking the name Volume 2. It follows their success at the Büyük Han last month, and is part of the civil society group Open Door’s efforts to celebrate the capital's green spaces.

The park on Mehmet Akif Caddesi (Dereboyu) will hosts a musical gathering from 4pm to midnight on the same day with Fractal Folks Urban Cicadas offering activities for kids and adults alike.

Youngsters can explore beekeeping and enjoy honey themed activities with experts from the Taşkent Nature Park. There will also be face painting, puppet shows and surprise dance shows on the agenda.

More music will be on offer from DJs Joshua Martin, Nama Dama, Zildji and Uncle Mete.

Entrance is free and over 30 civil society organisations will be represented at stands in the park.
