The event was organised by Joyce Oxley and participants enjoyed a range of traditional foods, including bread and börek pastries freshly baked on the premises.
Thanking everyone involved, ATA chairman Pearl Mitchell explained that the Ilgaz Village Bakery had developed over the last two years into a popular spot for breakfast/brunch.
“Locals love the range of freshly baked goods, cheeses and traditional preserves that we have enjoyed today,” Mrs Mitchell said.
The social gatherings, which are organised by individual ATA members, take place on the 28th of every month, in addition to the organisation’s main programme of events.
Audrey Ellison arranged a specially priced menu for the latest get-together which took place at the The Courtyard in Karakum yesterday.
