President Erhürman meets with Holguín in New York

President Tufan Erhürman met with María Ángela Holguín Cuéllar, Personal Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, in New York, where he is holding meetings within the framework of the High-Level Week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

During the meeting, held on Thursday at the United Nations Headquarters, assessments were made regarding the current situation concerning the Cyprus problem.

President Erhürman will meet with António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, on 26 September at 1pm US time.

The President, who will also hold various bilateral meetings in New York, is scheduled to return to the island on 27 September at 7.55pm.
