Temperatures to reach 31°C inland

The Meteorology Department said conditions would initially be slightly cloudy, becoming partly cloudy to overcast as the day progresses.
Maximum temperatures are expected to range from 28–31°C inland, 24–27°C along the coast and 19–22°C in mountainous areas.
Overnight lows are forecast at 15–18°C inland, 14–17°C on the coast and 12–15°C in the mountains.
Winds will generally be moderate, blowing from the north and west.
According to the department’s forecast for October 24–30, the region will remain mainly under the influence of low pressure and a mild, relatively humid air mass throughout the week.
